Surprise Beach Proposal on Maui | Nikki + Tatiana
When Nikki reached out to us to plan a surprise beach proposal to Tatiana during their photoshoot, we were thrilled! The beautiful view of the sunset on the cliffside overlooking one of Maui's most stunning beaches made it the perfect location for Nikki to pop the question! It was an honor to have captured their surprise proposal on photo as well as on Super 8 film.
Nikki + Tatiana's Beach Proposal on Super 8 Film
Their Story
Nikki and Tatiana met in April 2017 at a bar. While Nikki ordered 2 water bottles, she turned around and saw Tatiana, who also planned to order water. Nikki's water bottles arrived but the crowded bar meant that Tatiana didn't get the chance to order. Nikki knew this was the opportunity to shoot her shot so offered Tatiana a trade: water bottles for a dance. Tatiana laughed and agreed to the dance and the rest is history!
The Perfect Beach Proposal Ending
When Nikki asked the big question, Tatiana was all smiles and completely surprised! The wonderful moment when Tatiana said yes and they shared a kiss under the sunset was truly a tearjerker. While the sun setted and the waves crashed on the shore, Nikki and Tatiana ran around the beach, danced and soaked up the newly engaged bliss.
When the sun finally set, the fun didn't stop there! Nikki and Tatiana continued to dance and they even got in the water! It was the perfect way to end their beach proposal.
